Try these Egg and Sausage Won Tons
Preheat oven to 360 (the won tons bake fast, the eggs may not, so I bake them between 350 and 370.
8 eggs beat in a bowl with a 1/4 cup of milk
Ground sausage (I cooked mine in the Crockpot all day on low)
Green onions (chopped) and add to the egg mixture
I used baking muffin tins and cupcake wrappers (I didn't want to scrub the tins later, lol). Even with a nonstick spray they still require scrubbing so that's why the Cupcake wrappers work better. The eggs do stick to them a little bit to them, but we just used spoons and ate them out of the cupcake wrappers and it worked well.
I put the won tons on the bottom of the muffin tin with the cupcake wrappers, then I spooned the sausage on the bottom, then used an ice cream scooper to scoop the eggs on to the top mixed with the green onions and then added the shredded cheese on the top.
Baked at 360 for about 20-25 minutes until it appears the eggs puffed up. Use a toothpick to make sure the eggs are cooked.
