FIRST: Start your cooking pan going on medium heat with some oil
1 1/2 cup flour (your choice of the flour – I used 3/4 cups quinoa flour and 3/4 cups white flour)
1 1/2 cup milk (your choice here), you can use soy, almond, coconut milk, rice milk etc.
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup sugar (your choice here), brown, white, what ever you want or have in your cupboard.
1 large table spoon cup ground flax seed
1 large tablespoon peanut butter
1 large tablespoon coco powder
mix well, drop 1/4 cup fulls into pan and lift your pan up to spread the mix out to make the Crepes flat.
Made 10 crepes for me using the 1/4 cup measurements.
