I saw another post of someone else who made this, it was covered top, bottom, middle with coconut fried into the bread. It looked really good, but coconut is high in fat and calories. (It may be a good fat, but still, moderation is better).
So, I just layered some cream cheese in the middle and sprinkled the coconut in. You can also buy coconut milk to use for the milk to mix with the eggs to dip.
