Easy Delish Banana Bread
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2 Cups Flour (use your choice, Ground Quinoa, Oat, Wheat, Rice, etc. or mix)
3 banana's (black on outside) the softer, the better
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 cube butter melted (use 1/2 apple sauce instead if you want)
2 Tbsp. Ground Flax and or Ground Chia Seeds
1/2 bag chocolate chips and or Nuts optional
Mix Well, add 1/2 bag chocolate chips. Pour into muffin tins or small bread loaf pans.
Bake 27-30 minutes at 350 degrees, until the toothpick comes out clean.
