This was so easy.
2 cups (sifted flour)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil (use less if you want…) I used grapeseed oil
1 tsp. salt
(==I added some seasonings. a little Onion Powder, Oregano, and some Basil) since I was making a quiche.
I mixed the sifted flour and salt with the wet ingredients in my food processor. Then, just rolled out the dough into the pan I was using. Its that easy.
PS: I always bake the pie shell prior to putting my ingredients in for about 15 minutes on 375 degrees, just to insure the shell is not doughy on the bottom. I do this for pizza also.
