1 1/2 cups bran cereal flakes
1 cup milk (I used cashew milk)
1/3 cup oil (I used canola)
3/4 cups sugar (use less sugar and replace with some honey if you want)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup flour, (I used 1/2 almond 1/2 cup brown rice flour)
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1-2 tbsp. Ground flax and or ground chia seeds
**optional chocolate chips, cinnamon, nuts, raisins.
**if it's too liquidity add a little more flour. I had added 2 tbsp. White flour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or so depending on your oven.
