2 packages from a box of graham crackers, we used the regular kind, about 2 cups (crushed in a blender/food processor until fine)
1 1/2 cups sunflower seed butter
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1/2 Stick Butter Melted
1/3 cup honey, aprox.
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 tablespoons ground flax
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
2 tablespoons ground oats
Square 8×8 pan would work best

We took the sunflower seed butter, honey, butter, and sugar and melted them down in a sauce pan on low.
We put the graham crackers in the food processor and ground them down fine. Then poured them in our baking dish.
We poured the sunflower seed butter mixture into the pan with the graham crackers and mixed the mixture well. Then, pressed it down flat and evenly in the pan.
We then melted down the white chocolate chips in another sauce pan on low until fully melted and then poured over the top evenly.
We then refrigerated the bars overnight. It may take 2-3 hours if you need these the same day.
