Quiche is one of the easiest things to make.
Here’s the recipe
preheat oven to 375 degrees
1 frozen pie shell
5 eggs or the same amount of egg whites (or you can use egg whites (even the premade egg whites from the store, keep in mind when you do this, it will make your Quiche puffy).
cooked meat (you choice) I used bacon this morning
veggies you want to use, they dont have to be cooked first.
scallions are really good.
FIRST, put in the frozen pie shell as is (like below)
cook for 15 minutes. You really have to cook the bottom of the pie shell before putting all the ingredients, from my experience it will be very uncooked and soggy if you dont.
SECOND, Then, mix 5 eggs (below) with a little milk
THIRD, take cooked pie shell out of oven.
Start filling it with your meat and veggies on bottom.
FOURTH, seasonings (my favorite ones) (below)
FIFTH, fill with cheese to top, saving room for the egg mixture. Then, pour the egg mixture over the top of the cheese and other ingredients.
SIXTH, (below) Bake at 375, for about 30 minutes, check it with a butter knife to make sure the eggs are still not runny. If So, cook longer.

bacon, ham, broccoli, mushrooms, feta cheese, pesto, sausage, egg plant, spinach, tomatoes, fresh garlic, bell peppers, jalapenos, green chilies.
