Preheat oven to 375 degrees
3 cans of artichokes, hearts would probably work best. If you want to use fresh ones go for it.
1/2 cup mayo
3-4 garlic cloves (dont try to use garlic salt, its NOT the same)
2 8oz packages of parm cheese (shredded, not the graded kind)
1 8oz bag of the Italian cheese mixture, with the different Italian cheeses
(a large tomato and bunch of green onions chopped up)
Use your blender or food processor to chop up the cans of artichokes with the garlic cloves. Try to to make it compley baby food. Chopped with some mush is ok though.
mix the rest together (except the tomatoes and green onions, those go on after its cooked)
bake at 375 for about 25 minutes. Then top with tomatoes and green onions.
Serve with Wheat Thins or your choice of bread, chips, or other crackers.
