This was really fun to make. I have been wanting to try this recipe forever. So glad I did. I tried using wax paper (bad idea), the wax paper came out soggy and broke in the process, but Praise God I got it recovered. After cooking it for around 25 minutes at 380 degrees, I cut the bread into squares and turned over on to the baking sheet again, peeling off the wax paper. Then cooked another 20 minutes on the other side. That made them more crisp firm to hold the toppings on.
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 380 degrees
Ingredients: (to make crust)
Head of Cauliflower
4-6 oz of cheese shredded
Ingredients: (your choice of pizza toppings, I used fresh garlic, ground bell peppers, and kale leaves)
See the video below:
I took the cauliflower and food processed it until ground down and not mush. Try to keep it as dry as possible. You may want to dry off pieces you wash off with a towel.
Then, add your choice of toppings. Bake again with toppings another 15 minutes to melt down your cheese, etc.
