Preheat Oven to 380 degrees
Ingredients (for bottom of your baking pan)
1 large can of cream of chicken soup (I would make sure to use the name brand soup, dont use the generic for this one- it wont be the same)
8 oz shredded cheese (yellow) (dont be afraid to add more cheese if you want to)
1/2 bag frozen sweet white corn
3-5 chicken breasts cooked and cut up
(optional: cauliflower. tastes really good in this as well)
3-4 fresh cloves of garlic (dont use garlic salt- its just not the same)
Ingredients (for the bread on top)
2 cups Bisquick (You can also make your own homemade favorite biscuit mix, my husband will only eat the Bisquick one, but I have used the homemade versions and they are just as good).
1 1/2 cups milk
so, here you go, picture above.
Start by spreading the can of cream of chicken soup on the bottom of the pan, pour the corn on top (like above), then pour in the cut up chicken, and use your garlic press (if you have one, or chop it up)- press in the garlic cloves. Then, pour the cheese in. Mix it all well.
In a separate bowl, mix your topping ingredients, eggs, milk, and Bisquick.
Pour if over the top (like above), spreading evenly around the pan.
Bake at 380 degrees for 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven. You will want to take a butter knife and cut though the middle to make sure all the dough mixture on the top is cooked.
That’s it. Hope you enjoy this recipe.
