I didn't even use soy sauce this time lol. I did use the chicken fried rice seasoning package though. Fresh garlic, short brown rice, and fresh chopped carrots and green beans.
Cooked chicken breast 4-5 (we cooked them in the crockpot all day on low)
2 packets of chicken fried rice seasoning mix
3-4 fresh garlic cloves (pressed)
6 eggs scrambled
Fresh chopped carrots
Fresh chopped green beans (if your family hates peas) lol
I personally love peas.
3-4 cups pre-cooked brown rice
2 tablespoons canola or olive oil
*soy sauce (or the healthy alternative soy sauce)
Pepper to taste
Cool all together in a large stove pan, simmering together for about 20 minutes.
