4-5 (depending on family size) chicken breasts (frozen or fresh) your choice
Cesar Dressing 1 bottle should work for the wraps, if you were making the salad, I would use 2 bottles (I perfer http://www.marzetti.com/products/cardinis/salad-dressings/light-fat-free-salad-dressings/cardinis-light-caesar-dressing-12-oz.htm
Fresh garlic cloves 3-4 for crock pot and some to have ready for the chicken after cooked
Romaine lettuce or your favorite, I usually like the darker lettuce (unlike the picture above, which was the middle of the romaine lettuce- so it was lighter) I would Never use iceberg lettuce
1 6-8oz shredded Parmesan cheese
Just cook your chicken all day, from early morning on low with 1/3 bottle of the dressing and a bunch of garlic.
Then, once dinner time comes the chicken is ready to cut up and shred.
Just layer them and wrap them up. Super easy I promise. Put the kids to work helping
