These were really easy and fun to make. First time I ever tried it, and it worked out.
5-6 large bell peppers
package of ground turkey or ground beef
8oz or so of shreaded cheese
3/4 cup of rice (I used white rice, I’m not sure how brown rice would do? If you try it let me know).
veggies for meat mixture (chop or grind up in the mixer/blender, etc.)
2 cloves garlic
2-3 pieces of cauliflower
1/2 large carrot
Add the chopped up veggies to a large bowl and 1 egg.
Add the rice
Add Tomato Soup
In the crock pot, get your bell peppers ready.
I have the foil in here for my daughter with the meat mixture with no sauce.
Fill the Bell Peppers with the meat mixture, then sprinkle with Cheese
Cook on low from morning till evening. So, 8am to 5pm works, it may be too long to go later than that.
