My mom used to make this for us kids and it was really one of my favorite dinners.
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
1 large can of Denty Moore Beef Stew
2 frozen pie shells
a slice of onion
(add some fresh cauliflower if you want too)
I always precook the frozen pie shells first for about 12 minutes so the bottom of the pie shell is insured to be cooked and not soggy. Just cook one of them first, leave the other one out to defrost to put over the top.
Once, cooked, fill the pie shell with the Stew and then take the other pie shell and over the top. Don’t laugh at my pictures below…
