1 can rinsed black beans (or made your own)
1 cup cooked Quinoa
1 cup cooked Lentils
(I cooked my lentils and Quinoa together since they both take the same amount of time to cook and cook 1 cup lentils/quinoa to 2 cups water for 20 minutes).
jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, onions, zucchini, kale. Whatever ingredients you like.
Save 1/2 of the lentils, quinoa, and black beans to the side to stir in after you food process everything else together.
I baked them in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes on both sides. I flipped mine over because both sides needed to cook. I used a clay cookie sheet so it doesn't cook as crisp so on a different cookie sheet it may take less cooking time.
