This is the best salsa, healthy, no added salt, persatives, homemade by you. There's no better way to eat salsa. Have you looked at the ingredients list of the salsa's at the store?
8-10 tomatillos (boil them for about 20 minutes first)
2 cloves fresh garlic
large handful of cilantro
1-2 green onions
(pretty much what's in the picture above, nothing fancy.)
I used my Nutribullet and blended everything together and put in the fridge overnight. Its best to let is sit in the fridge for a while so the flavors mesh together. This made enough to fill my large Nutribullet Cup.
