As you can see from my mixing bowl below...
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 cup quinoa (I got the ones already like oats)
1/3 cup oil/ butter
2 tbsp. Ground flax
2 tbsp. Ground chia seeds
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanutbutter
1/2 cup peptias
**optional: nuts, raisins, Apple sauce, cinnamon
Mix well, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
You may want to cup them into bars in the pan before you bake them.
