I'm so excited to have finally made it a year through this long Invisalign journey. I see changes from the top photo to the bottom. So I see the light at the end of the tunnel and hope that I can make it till the end, and this will all be worth it. When at times my mouth screams at me to get this plastic out of my mouth, usually due to being a bit dry lol. Water helps alleviate this, but even then sometimes I just have to take a break. When I just want to eat and not worry about having to deal with my teeth. But on the other hand, brushing and flossing my teeth more has been a good thing. I went to my regular dentist again (2 times so far in this year) and I haven't gotten any cavities yet, so I'm thankful for that. I actually never had a cavity until I was 30 years old. I'm very thankful for strong teeth.
My Ortho says it appears my teeth are tracking well. I really hope that is still the case at the end. I can honestly say that I do not wear them 22 hours a day. I probably wear them 18-20 hours a day. I hope this doesn't bite me in the butt later as I have read on some other blog posts. Its just not easy to wear them so long.
At the end of this journey I'm going to do a picture video of the entire journey of my teeth changing. I so look fwd to the end. Its supposed to be January 2016.
